We ensure that upon arrival the property has been properly cleaned and sanitized. We can also help with testing before your flight if required by your country. Please send an email for more information There are  no mask mandates at this time, covid testing or restrictions at this time.

We provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, towels for bath and pool, high speed wifi around the entire property, and A/C in all sleep areas.

The property overlooks Playa Hermosa, which is a surfer's paradise but not the best for swimming. 12 minutes from the property is Playa Jaco which is great for all levels of surf and swimmers.

The check-in time is 4 pm. An early check-in can be requested and is $70. We allow guests to drop off their items early in our secure storage center

Our property are situated in the mountains overlooking Playa Hermosa, and Playa Jaco. We are 10 minute drive to Playa Hermosa and 15 minutes from Playa Jaco. In Jaco many restaurants, supermarkets and bars can be found.

The water on the properties are from the beautiful mountains of Costa Rica. We then store the run off and flow all the water through three different filtration systems. You can drink from all faucets. We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle for refilling.

The currency of Costa Rica is called Colones. The exchange rate fluctuates everyday, we recommend exchanging your funds at any Bank. There the exchange will be accurate and FREE! All you need is your passport.  We are happy to exchange funds on the property as well.

There are two pools on the property. A sitting pool, and a pool with a slide  

We are located in a neighborhood. We ask for all clients to respect our neighborhood noise ordinance of silent hours 10pm-9 am. This is strictly enforced.

We provide gray towels for bathroom use only and blue towels for the pools and beach only. New towels can be requested through your stay.
